Founder & CEO
Prince Motlokwa is an accomplished entrepreneur, consultant, and community leader with a passion for building meaningful connections and driving impactful results. A native of Botswana, he gained his education and professional experience in England and Canada and has travelled to nearly every continent and corner of the developed and undeveloped world. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the energy, hospitality and business consulting industries, Prince has honed his ability to balance strategic insight with practical application.
Having transitioned from a successful career in business ownership to consulting, Prince brings his deep understanding of operational challenges and strategic opportunities to his work with clients. His dual perspective — grounded in both hands-on operations and strategic planning — allows him to deliver tailored solutions that bridge the gap between vision and execution.
nIKOLI SULKKO
Operations Manager
Nikoli Sulkko is a seasoned safety professional with over a decade of experience in Canada’s mining and energy sectors. In 1994, he founded Zereko Mining Contractors, a company that successfully executed major mining contracts across the United States and Canada for eight years. Recognizing the critical role of safety in these operations, Nikoli personally developed and implemented Zereko’s comprehensive safety program for both underground and surface mining activities.
Beyond his entrepreneurial achievements, Nikoli brings over 10 years of supervisory and coordination experience as a Canadian Red Seal Boilermaker. In these roles, he was responsible for training and enforcing rigorous safety protocols for workers in high-risk oil and gas facilities, ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of safety.
With a wealth of experience across diverse industries, Nikoli combines technical expertise with a steadfast commitment to safety, making him an indispensable member of our team.
TSHEPHANG KGOMPHI
Office Manager
Tshephang, a young Motswana professional, is results-driven with a diverse background in various industries, entrepreneurship, and business management. With experience spanning retail, supply, security, and the oil and energy sectors, he specializes in exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. His strong financial acumen, business ethics, and strategic mindset enable him to build and sustain valuable relationships.
